While I have been getting many approaches from family historians, I need to make absolutely clear that while I do possess numerous records on individuals, I simply DO NOT, unfortunately, have the time to assist you with your family research. I will, however, make an exception to this rule if you can provide me with copies letters and diaries written by the actual migrant to Australia. Thus, I welcome primary sources and written biographies, but I am not generally interested in the forebears or aftercomer of an individual migrant.

I generally recommend that family historians seek answers to their questions on ancestry.com, myheritage or similar family history sites. There are also English language sites in Scandinavian countries providing you with search engines and direct access to primary sources such as the Danish https://www.danishfamilysearch.dk/ and others where fellow family historians in Scandinavian countries are often most willing to assist you if your ask for help.

Thank You So Much
Robert Ørsted-Jensen
